AFD Walkers at UK Champs 216th June
AFD had 2 race walking representatives the Senior British Championships, Manchester this weekend. Abigail Jennings u23 walked a solid race, good technique to Bronze in a respectable 5000m 25.26.33. Chris Snook also u23, awarded Silver in a technically perfect, returning to fitness in 21.20.14 for 5000m.
British Masters Championships
Several AFD Masters athletes made the journey north to Derby at the weekend to compete in the British Masters Athleteics Championships with some excellent performances and collecting several medals.
