About Us

Aldershot Farnham & District AC is one of the leading club’s in Hampshire catering for every standard and age group, from beginners to seniors and masters. We have athletes competing successfully at Local, County, National and International levels in Track & Field, Road and Cross Country.

The Club competes in the following leagues:

• Southern Athletics League
• Alder Valley League
• Hampshire Southern Counties Veterans League
• Hampshire Cross Country League
• Junior Cross Country League

New members are always welcome. If you would like to register your interest in joining, or if you have a child who would like to come along for a trial, please see our new members admissions page.

Training Information

We are based at Aldershot Military Stadium where most groups meet for training.
The Stadium is situated on Queens Avenue, Aldershot.
The car park for the Stadium is Car Park 6 off Rawlinson Road which is off Princes Avenue.

Main training times:

Club training sessions take place primarily on Tuesday and Thursdays evenings and Sunday mornings. Training generally takes place at the stadium although some training groups organise separate sessions at other locations.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings:
Military Stadium 6:30 – 8:30.
Options available for a range of training on the track, on grass or on roads.

Sunday mornings:
Military Stadium 10:00 -12:00
Duke of Wellington statue, 10:20 for 10:30 start – Quality sessions.
