Four athletes competed at the England Athletics Championships at Bedford on 3-5 July 2026 with some strong performances. Senior athlete Abigail Jennings claimed victory in the 3000m Race Walk final, producing a fast winning time of 14:41.
Katie Pye also secured a gold medal in the U20 Women’s 3000m, crossing the line first in a time of 9:29.77.
In the U20 women’s sprints, Emily Lucas clocked 11.99 to place 5th in her 100m heat. Over in the U20 men’s 800m, Harry Klein finished 7th in his heat with a time of 1:55.96.
