The England Athletics Under 20 and Under 23 Championships on the 18th June at Chelmsford saw AFD dominate both the male 5000m races.
James Dargan won the Under 20 race in a time of 14min 37.58 which earned him automatic selection to the European Athletics Under 20 Championships to be held in Jerusalam, 7th to 10th August. James runs on the evening of the 10th.
Will Barnicoat won the Under 23 Championshps in a time of 14min 09.20 and consequantly Will is representing UK at the European Under 23 Champioships staged at Espoo, Finland 13th to 16 July. Will runs on the Friday morning on the 14th July.
