Dublin, Sunday 14th December 2025 – Abigail Jennings, Senior Woman, achieved a remarkable 10th place finish at the World Athletics Half Marathon Race Walk in Dublin on Sunday, 14th December. Racing against some of the best athletes globally, Abi crossed the finish line with a personal best time of 1:49:32, marking a significant milestone in her career.
This performance also set a new National Record (pending confirmation), further solidifying her status as a rising star in the sport. Abi’s time for the 20km segment was a season’s best of 1:43:59, reflecting her consistent progress and readiness for the next challenge.
The event, part of the renowned World Race Walking Tour, featured elite athletes from around the world, and Abi’s performance continues to build momentum for her upcoming goals. Her achievement in Dublin places her in strong contention for next year’s Commonwealth Games, where she is training hard to make the qualifying time and gain Team England selection.
