Mark Symes won the V50 800m in 2.06.47 and Paul Gaylor won the V50 1500m in 4.33.83 taking 4secs off his PB
Simon Cooper came 4th in the V45 800m in 2.12.00
Both Mark (1500) and Paul (3000)have been selected for SCVAC in next weeks England Inter Area Challenge
