Mark Symes came 4th in a time off 2min 02.25seconds in the World Master 800m Championships over 45. To qualify for the final Mark Symes won the semi final in 2min 0073seconds knocking 2 secs off his PB He also won his heat in 2.04.
After Marks exploits over 800m he followed up by becoming 1500m World Champion. Congratulations Mark.
