Coaching Course at Aldershot
AFD have booked a Coaching Assistant course at Wavell School for the 23 and 24th November. The course would cost £165 if booked as an individual, but is paid out of club funds. Southern Cross Country Champs
On Saturday 5th October at Wormwood Scrubs ADF mens team(C Rooke, N Phillips J Ashton and R Batchelor) finished 3rd in the Southern Cross Country relays and the Under 20 (C Critchley, J Rainier and J Whylie) finished 2nd. Well done.
