Andy with his now trade mark fast finish took Silver behind Mo in the European 10,000m and then went on to take Bronze in the 5,000m. The first time an AFD athlete has gained 2 medals at the same games.

Fantastic Commonwealth Games for Isobel Pooley who jumped 1.92m for the Silver medal. 40 years after Barbara Inkpen won gold at the Christchurch games in 1974 with a hight of 1.84m
