AFDs Anna Moller representing her native Denmark won both 5000m in 15:07.70 and the 3000m Steeplechasein 9:27.31 on cosecutive days at the Under 23 Championshipsat in Gavle, Sweden.
Steph Twell on winning the 10,000 Night of PBs in a time of 31:08.13 not only became British Champions, qualified for the Doha World Championships, moved to 6th on the UK all time list and broke the AFD record. Congratulations Steph on a fantastic race.
