While a large contingent from AFD were at Nottingham for the English Cross Country Championships a small contigent traved to Glasgow for the British Indoor Championshipsand came away with following results:
Amy Griffiths 4th in the 1500,
Abi Jennings winning the Walk,
Dan Howells 5th in the 800m.
