Andy with his now trade mark fast finish took Silver behind Mo in the European 10,000m and then went on to take Bronze in the 5,000m. The first time an AFD athlete has gained 2 medals at the same games.
Isobel with a jump of 1.96m broke the AFD women’s club High Jump record and equalled the UK record at the Eberstadt Jumps fest. Congratulations Isobel
