If the 3 AFD ladies (Emelia Gorecka 8th, Steph Twell 10th and Lily Partridge 15th) in the European Championships had been the only GB athletes they would have been 2nd, and if Lily had not lost her shoe who knows.
All 7 AFD athletes who competed for GB at the European Championships came away with medals. The European Chamionshps were staged at Semorin in Slovakia on the 10th December 2017 over a flat course.
