Dear all
The AFD AGM will be on Monday 15th November 2021 in the Army hut along side the track at 7.15 to allow you to get refreshments prior to a prompt 7.30 start. Please be aware this is a different date to that originally proposed.
If you are not a part of the committee or a potential committee member please let us know and you will be invited to attend by zoom – those who are volunteering to become a committee members please attend in person
The AGM Agenda will be as follows:
- Chairman’s report
- Treasurers report
- Election of officers
- Membership fees
- AOB
Any proposals and or nominations to me please.
This will be followed by a full committee meeting.
Potential committee members (those who attended the meeting 19th Oct plus others who have advised of their interest)
