The Irish Championship’s and International took place on the 18th December. AFD’s Chris Snook and Abigail Jennings in the u23 category; broke personal bests by huge margins over 20km and AFD club records. Chris’s performance moved him to the UK No 2 over 20km with 87.56 this year with a brilliant 3rd place and Abigail 5th place in the race moves her 3rd in UK standings with 1.46.19 this year. Both have worked hard, technically very strong and looking good into first year as Seniors in 2023.
