Main training times:
Tuesday and Thursday evenings:
Military Stadium 6:30 – 8:30. Options available for a range of training on the track, on grass or on roads.
Sunday mornings:
Military Stadium
Stadium car park, 10:00 - Steady run varying distance and abilities.
Duke of Wellington statue, 10:20 for 10:30 start - Quality sessions.
