Aldershot Military Stadium Track Etiquette
These rules are provided as safety guidance for all stadium visitors and athletes.
Do not use spikes longer than 6mm.
No smoking or consuming alcohol at anytime within the stadium.
On the track:
No undertaking on the inside in any lane.
No “reverse running”
No use iPods, mobile phones, and headphones within the track or field areas.
No walking/running across the field at any time.
Recoveries in interval sessions shall be in the allocated lanes or outside of the track.
No running across the Javelin fan whilst throwers are training.
