These rules apply for all Club Track Nights.
They are intended to provide safety for all athletes.
Please be sure to think of others as well as yourself
There shall be no overtaking on the inside in any lane
There shall be no “reverse running”
Recoveries in interval sessions shall be in the allocated lanes or outside of the track
