a All U13 children (School Year 5-9) shall be accompanied by a parent or responsible person to and from the car park and stadium. The children shall be signed in on arrival and signed out at before leaving
b No one shall cross the road other than by the crossing and then only under supervision of their coach/helper
c The Club will approach Aspire with respect to the lights at the car park which do not have an all red (pedestrian) phase which could lead to accidents bar vehicles turning left into the road from Queens Avenue
d All coaches and helpers shall CRB accreditation and the club have a record of that
