PROPOSALS FOR AGM 2013

Coaching and Development
These aspects of the Club are interdependent: and with increasing numbers of members, coaches and activities, coordination of the whole becomes increasingly difficult.  It is therefore proposed that:-
A subcommittee be set up to carryout the duties and that it should comprise representation from the coaching groups, eg Middle Distance, Endurance, Sprints, Jumps, YAG Disability, to develop and improve a common coaching policy. This would additionally benefit the proposed Club Charter application.
Proposed by John Delaine
Seconded by Clive Asprey
Younger Age Groups Sign In
The signing in process for younger age groups should be extended to all those aged 15 and under.  This is in accord with the requirements of Club Charter.  However, it is proposed that a separate procedure is put in place which requires them to sign in and collect and a specific coloured band which would be returned when they sign out at the end of the session.
The rule that U11 an U13 members should be signed in and out by parents shall apply to all regardless of whether they are in groups not included in 365/Quads.

Proposed by John Delaine
Seconded by Tina Withall
